Two people.
One focus.
Nothing missed.
We work as a team to handle every detail of your experience so nothing gets missed — from the first conversation to the day you get the keys. Eric runs the deal. The whole team makes sure you're never left wondering what comes next.
Not just licensed
in London.
From London.
Eric hasn't just worked in London — he's lived in it. South London, Downtown, Pond Mills, Riverbend, Byron, Oakridge, Kilworth, Masonville, Sunningdale. He knows what a street feels like at 7am on a Tuesday, which neighbourhoods are undervalued, and what a fair price actually looks like versus one that sounds good on paper.
Before real estate, Eric held a senior management role at a large corporation. It was a good career by most measures. But he kept coming back to real estate — drawn to its ability to create stability, build wealth, and genuinely change where a family ends up in life. Eventually he stopped ignoring it and made the jump.
What pushed him to start Cassidy & Co. wasn't ambition. It was frustration — and a conversation with his wife Gabrielle, who had spent 6 years as a licensed agent and had watched the same problems play out from the other side of the table.
He watched agents make real estate about themselves — the rankings, the signs, the social media, the inflated numbers to win a listing. He saw clients left confused, let down, and in some cases genuinely misled. Nothing bothers Eric more than hearing a client describe a bad experience with a previous agent. An agent who overpromised. Who disappeared after the listing went up. Who gave a high number to get the business and then chipped away at it for weeks.
What you get with Eric is straightforward: a clear-eyed view of what your home is worth, an honest read on the market, and someone in your corner who won't tell you what you want to hear just to make the deal easier.
The reason nothing
gets missed.
Ever.
Real estate transactions have a lot of moving parts. Lawyers, lenders, inspectors, trades, condo documents, status certificates, deposits, deadlines, utilities, mail forwarding. Most agents try to juggle all of it themselves — and somewhere in that juggling, something gets dropped. Usually at the worst possible moment.
Born and raised in London Ontario, Gabrielle knows this city the way Eric does — from the inside. She grew up in a real estate family with 30 years of industry experience and spent 6 years as a licensed agent herself. She developed a sharp eye for staging and design, and quietly became the person who keeps an entire transaction from falling apart — before the client ever knows it was at risk.
At Cassidy & Co., Gabrielle is dedicated entirely to the client journey. Not split across twenty files. Not reactive. Proactively managing your transaction from the moment a deal is accepted to the day you get your keys — and the details that come after.
Large brokerages have plenty of people, but nobody whose only job is making sure your experience runs without a hitch. Solo agents mean well, but there are only so many hours in a day. Gabrielle is the answer to both problems.

Three things we decided
from day one. Non-negotiable.
Not the agent. Not the brokerage. Not the sign on the lawn. Real estate is about your home, your money, and your next chapter — and every decision we make reflects that.
We won't inflate your home's value to win the listing. We won't tell you what you want to hear if the market says something different. The short-term loss of a hard conversation is worth the long-term trust it builds.
When Eric and Gabrielle mapped out everything a real estate transaction actually requires, splitting it intentionally wasn't a business strategy — it was the only way two people who are fully invested in the same outcome know how to work. All in, nothing dropped.
We work with buyers and sellers across London Ontario and surrounding areas. Here's who typically reaches out to us.
that keeps it real?
No pressure. No scripts. Just an honest conversation about what you're trying to do and how we can help you get there.
